Nel tardo pomeriggio di ieri si è riunito l’Ufficio di Presidenza della Camera dei Deputati per discutere di quanto accaduto in aula in data 24 ottobre tra l’on del Partito Democratico Enzo Lattuca e l’on Maria Edera Spadoni del Movimento 5 Stelle.
Lo scorso 20 novembre si era occupato della valutazione dell’episodio il Collegio dei Questori che, dopo aver visionato il video, dopo aver sentito le versioni di entrambi i deputati e soprattutto, dopo aver recepito la relazione dei Commessi presenti in aula, aveva ritenuto che non si fossero registrati comportamenti tali da richiedere un provvedimento disciplinare.
Nella mattinata odierna l’Ufficio di Presidenza con un comunicato ufficiale apparso sul sito della Camera: l’episodio è consistito in un alterco verbale tra i due deputati che non si è tradotto in un contatto fisico, come verificato sulla base della videoregistrazione, delle audizioni dei deputati interessati e della relazione degli Assistenti parlamentari. In particolare è stato rilevato che il gesto del deputato Lattuca non si è concretizzato in alcun modo in una aggressione o in un tentativo di aggressione fisica della deputata Spadoni.

“Sono soddisfatto per la decisione presa oggi dell’Ufficio di Presidenza – afferma l’on Lattuca – si tratta di una decisione che conferma appieno la mia ricostruzione dei fatti, smentendo la versione dell’on Spadoni che si era già contraddetta più volte”.
Poi continua Lattuca: “Finalmente dopo quasi due mesi di calunnie e diffamazioni nei miei confronti, è stata posta la parola fine ad una situazione che per certi versi oserei definire surreale. Sono stato vittima della stessa gogna mediatica che lo stesso Movimento 5 Stelle, nei giorni scorsi, ha deciso di riservare ai giornalisti”.
Lo scorso 24 ottobre al termine di una discussione in aula si era acceso un diverbio tra l’on Lattuca e l’on Maria Edera Spadoni la quale, poco dopo aveva scritto su Facebook che l’on Lattuca aveva cercato di colpirla con dei pugni. Nella giornata seguente la deputata del M5S aveva scritto alla Presidente Laura Boldrini, chiedendo un suo intervento, specificando che l’on Lattuca “si è avvicinato a pochi centimetri dal mio volto e ha agitato il pugno come se mi volesse colpire”.
Nei giorni e nelle settimane successive sui social network e nelle caselle di posta dell’on Lattuca sono piovute a centinaia gli insulti: “Mi hanno fatto passare per un violento, per un picchiatore, quando nella realtà non ho offeso, né minacciato, né tantomeno sfiorato la collega e mai mi sarebbe passato in testa di farlo. Tuttora ricevo sui miei profili insulti e minacce, alcuni anche pesanti”.
