Allarme Gender!
Quando si parla di unioni civili le confusioni ed i malintesi sono molti, ed il clima che si è venuto a creare nelle ultime settimane, con l’avvicinarsi del giorno del voto da parte del Parlamento del Ddl Cirinnà, ci ha molto preoccupati.
Ed attorno al Ddl Cirinnà si è architettato ad arte molta disinformazione. Tale disegno di legge ha come unico scopo quello di riparare ad un’ingiustizia, ossia di permettere a tutti di condividere gli stessi diritti e gli stessi doveri indipendentemente dal proprio orientamento sessuale. Tramite, poi, la norma che permetterà la stepchild adoption si cerca solo di proteggere bambini e bambine che già esistono, che già vivono in famiglie omogenitoriali. Solo che, a differenza di tutti gli altri bambini, non sono giuridicamente protetti.
E’ facile, a questo punto, parlare di bimbi comparti e di donne sfruttate, facendo peraltro una certa confusione tra famiglie omogenitoriali e gestazione per altri.
Non si può far finta di non sapere che la stragrande maggioranza delle coppie che hanno ricorso alla gestazione per altri sono eterosessuali e che in quel caso la stepchild adoption è già possibile. Una volta nati, i bambini non possono essere considerati responsabili del modo in cui sono venuti al mondo e pagare le eventuali colpe dei genitori.
Ridurre la maternità e la paternità unicamente alla biologia, ci fa dimenticare che la maternità e la paternità sono dei ruoli, che una madre adottiva o un padre adottivo – che non hanno alcun legame biologico con i figli – sono i veri genitori e che non basta mettere al mondo un figlio per essere madre o padre.
Nessuno mette in dubbio che i figli siano un dono e non un diritto. Vogliamo solamente affermare che l’amore, la cura, la maternità e la paternità non sono il frutto della biologia o della genetica. Se così fosse dovremmo negare la possibilità dell’adozione anche a tutte le coppie eterosessuali sterili.
Anche le famiglie che da una parte di italiani non vengono ritenute neanche tali, hanno il diritto di essere riconosciute e protette.
E se all’apertura per maggiori diritti si contrappone la Teoria del Gender, di cui francamente noi (in compagnia del mondo accademico e scientifico globale) continuiamo a non comprenderne il contenuto, si può ben capire quanto la discussione su tali temi abbia generato confusioni e malintesi.
Perciò invitiamo tutta la cittadinanza a partecipare ad un incontro dal titolo “Allarme Gender!” che abbiamo organizzato per venerdì 26 Febbraio alle ore 20:45 presso il Palazzo del Ridotto di Cesena.
I relatori della conferenza saranno Michela Marzano, Docente di Filosofia Morale presso l’Università Sorbona di Parigi, autrice del libro “Papà, mamma e gender” e Paola Biondi, Psicologa e Psicoterapeuta, Vicepresidente dell’Associazione Altrapsicologia.
