Cesena ha fatto da apripista per il progetto europeo “Io giovane cittadino in Europa”, coordinato dalla Cooperativa Controvento con la partnership, fra gli altri, dei Comuni di Cesena, Forlì, Rimini, delle Facoltà di Architettura e Psicologia, e del Centro per l’Innovazione e lo Sviluppo Economico della Camera di Commercio della Provincia di Forlì-Cesena. Vi hanno partecipato giovani fra i 18 e i 25 anni delle tre città, l’iniziativa ha l’obiettivo di stimolare la capacità progettuale e la partecipazione civile dei ragazzi attraverso lo sviluppo di una serie di progetti.
Tra le varie proposte presentate colpisce piacevolmente quella di sei ragazzi della classe 5° B-R del Liceo Scientifico “Augusto Righi” di Cesena: augurano una città più sensibile al verde ed all’agricoltura biologica grazie al progetto “Il mio piccolo bio”.
Esso vuole essere uno strumento di educazione del cittadino alla salute, al benessere ed al controllo diretto della propria alimentazione. I ragazzi promotori del programma spiegano che «l’idea è nata dalla constatazione della carenza di spazi verdi nella nostra città e in particolare nel privato e abbiamo pensato che potrebbe essere importante integrare la cultura della natura anche nel quotidiano. Abbiamo pensato allora ad un modo per recuperare la cultura e la cura del verde, carente nel nostro paese».
Continuano: «gli obbiettivi che ci siamo posti sono stati quelli di favorire la riflessione sulla necessità di rilocalizzare la produzione di cibo, per incrementare l’autonomia e la resilienza alimentare locale, di promuovere uno stile di vita basato sull’autonomia personale e d’incentivare l’autoproduzione di cibo a livello locale domestico, incentivando un’alimentazione più sana, sottoposta a controllo diretto».
Ma i giovani ragazzi vanno oltre, vorrebbero incoraggiare una forte e produttiva collaborazione fra cittadini, aziende ed amministrazione pubblica: «il Comune dovrebbe promuovere il progetto, fornendo materiale informativo, organizzando incontri nei quartieri», predisponendo anche momenti di formazione per i cittadini (su argomenti come l’orto biologico, la coltivazione di particolari ortaggi, l’uso delle erbe aromatiche in cucina e ricette particolari) «e proponendo iniziative che coinvolgano anche le tante aziende sementiere e agricole del territorio, che possano fornire i materiali per fare gli orti pensili, terricci, sementi, vasche».
Insomma una semplice idea che se troverà l’appoggio e la collaborazione degli enti locali (a partire dall’Amministrazione Comunale) e delle numerose aziende, istituzioni culturali e scientifici, cooperative ed eccellenze del nostro territorio, potrebbe portare ad una nuova concezione del verde, dell’ambiente e dell’agricoltura da parte dei cittadini e delle imprese, come spinta e motore verso una nuova e produttiva green economy, a vantaggio delle aziende stesse, e che rafforzerebbe ancora di più l’idea di Wellness Valley. Cesena e la Romagna possono e devono diventare la capitale e la terra del benessere e del buon vivere.
